A specialist national charity for people affected by cardiomyopathy. Cardiomyopathy UK provide support and information services, work to raise awareness of the condition, campaign for better access to quality treatment, and promote research.

British Heart Foundation is the UK’s number 1 heart charity. Through research, information and support, they’re here for everyone affected by heart and circulatory conditions, including inherited heart conditions.

An organisation that provides support and information for individuals affected by mental health issues, as well as those who care for them, in the UK.

Cardiomyopathy UK has a helpline where you can email, talk or chat online to an experienced team of specialist cardiac support nurses.

BHF also runs a Heart Helpline, where a team of specialist cardiac nurses is available to answer all your heart health questions, whether big or small. This includes a genetic information service for people with inherited cardiac conditions.
